Those who like to stand on the sidelines of life and issue disparaging comments will love Electronic Arts' new game, Snide Remarks. Borrowing the diagramming overlay function from EA's Madden NFL and the catty comments mode from Bratz: LA Edition, Snide Remarks uses real time video to enable players to identify and belittle virtually anyone walking down the street in one of four major U.S. cities. Snide Remarks comes equipped with a stylus and video screen drawing tablet for annotating, diagramming and mocking bad outfits, hairstyles, and personal idiosyncrasies. Points are gained by players who issue the most biting comments within two-minutes-long challenge matches. Gamer magazine reports that a Snide Remarks: Hollywood Edition is already slated for release in October 2009.
